Advanced Property Maintenance was established in 1991 changing to Advanced Property Maintenance (Surrey) LTD in August 2008.
Founded as a building maintenance contractor, the company developed from a small local contractor into an organisation which now operates throughout London and the South East.

We are at all times dedicated to high quality standards and efficiency to cope with all aspects of Building & Maintenance works. Ranging from refurbishment works, void works, maintenance works, M & E works, planned maintenance & Decent Homes programmes etc.
We offer a full range of construction services from traditional forms of contracts to design and build, partnering contracts and undertake property regeneration, minor civil engineering and labour only supply.
All contracts that are carried out are made between our customers and the business is guranteed and insured. We also make sure that we leave the property clean and tidy at all times.
